We Are a Direct Repair Shop for Some of the Major Insurance Companies
As part of an insurance company’s DRP (Direct Repair Program), Auto Works Collision Center is able to streamline the repair process. For these insurance companies, we handle all aspects of the repair process from writing the estimate, scheduling the repairs, acquiring all necessary parts, communicating on your behalf with the insurance company, performing the repairs and offering a life-time warranty. We make this a convenient process by handling the claim for you, while keeping you informed throughout the claim process. Free Estimates
At Auto Works Collision Center we are pleased to write an estimate of repairs for whatever work needs to be performed to your vehicle. There is no appointment necessary for estimates. For insurance companies that we are not a direct repairer, we can submit an estimate of repairs to your insurance company on your behalf.
Towing Assistance
Auto Works Collision Center works with several professional towing companies. No matter your location we will have one of our staff assist you promptly. We can make all arrangements for towing services.
Rental Car Assistance
Auto Works Collision Center will help arrange rentals at your request. Our rental partners are Enterprise and Hertz. If you do not have rental coverage, please contact us for assistance as we may be able to provide a rental. Please contact us for details.
Free Pick-Up & Delivery
We understand that busy schedules sometimes make it hard to get to the shop, we are happy to pick up a customer or deliver their vehicle. We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am – 5:30 pm. We are happy to schedule appointments outside of our normal hours with notification.

Auto Works Collision Center can handle all of your collision repair needs from start to finish, so you don’t have to worry about scheduling for multiple services. We make it easy.
Refinish Services
Auto Works Collision Center proudly uses PPG refinish products exclusively. We employ personnel that have been trained and certified by PPG. This allows us to provide you with a nation wide warranty on our refinish products.
Structural Repair Services
Auto Works Collision Center uses Chief laser measuring technology to restore collision damaged vehicles back to factory specifications and tolerances.
Paintless Dent Repairs (Hail Repair)
Our experienced and talented technicians are capable of removing dents created by storms or minor door dings without any signs of the damage ever occurring. Please ask one of our estimators about this process.
Lifetime Limited Workmanship Warranty
Auto Works Collision Center will provide you with a written lifetime limited warranty on all workmanship that we perform for as long as you own your vehicle. This warranty serves along with the refinish warranty. Please ask for details.
Additional Non Collision Services
Auto Works Collision Center offers more than just collision services. We can aim headlamps, restore faded headlamps, and change exterior light bulbs. We can also fix that door that no longer opens or closes and even fix that window that quit working. If it has to do with the body of the vehicle or paint, chances are we can handle your problems. Value Added Services
With every repair at Auto Works Collision Center, our customers will receive multiple value added services at no cost. When repairs are complete we will clean your vehicle up inside and out. This includes vacuuming the carpets, wiping down the interior, washing the exterior and cleaning windows. Additional safety checks include checking all exterior lamps and checking horn.
